A wonderful experience for a first timer! This was the first time I have received Botox, and I am very afraid of needles. Sean gave me a run down of the plan, process, and after-care. With each step he reassured me and kept me calm during the injections. After we discussed the expectations for the following days he made sure I walked out feeling confident and equipped with the best information to keep my skin clean, clear and refreshed! This is my 3rd time getting botox with Sean and from the very first time, he was so patient, and kind. I was so nervous, overwhelmed and scared but I knew I wanted to do it. He explained everything with detail and took the time to make me feel comfortable and by the time I left I felt it was the right decision. There is a language barrier and my son interprets for me every time, but honestly, I am comfortable enough to start going by myself, and that is something no medical professional has ever made me feel.
